Prior to founding Chakra Group International, he served as Head of Engineering – RE & BESS at Amararaja Group, where he established and led a high-performing engineering team responsible for both domestic and international projects from inception to delivery. His career also includes leadership roles as Head of Engineering at other esteemed organizations such as Enrich Energy, Ujaas Energy, Exult Consultancy, Tata Power Solar, Enfinity Global, and Goms Electricals Pvt. Ltd.

Raghavendran is widely acknowledged in the industry for his exceptional leadershipand project delivery acumen. During his tenure with India’s most prestigious EPC companies, he played a pivotal role in executing landmark renewable energy projects for leading Navaratna clientsincluding NTPC, NLC, and SECI. Beyond public sector partnerships, he has collaborated closely with top private sector power developers such as Ampin Energy, Greenko, JSW Energy, Serentica Global, Enfinity Global, and Vibrant Energy.
